I had an issue with my lawn sprinklers at my rental house not going on. I didn't know if it was the timer, or the valves, or worst. I tried different things, but being older and physically challenged, i struggled with this. I sought help. I spoke with a couple of companies and was told August or September and was quoted what i thought were very high service call charges. I didn't feel much "warmth".
Until I spoke with N at ProLawn. She was sincerely interested in my problem and put me on the schedule with a note added "should any cancelations" come up, they would call, and the service call fee was reasonable.
The two man crew came out a few months later (July) and took care of the problem FAST. Yes, the main valve was turned off (by unknown person), and they replaced two broken sprinkler heads, and prigrammed the timer. I can't remember their names, but they are certainly an asset to the company, they moved quickly!
Thank you ProLawn for an outstanding experience! I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Yesterday morning we woke up to our front yard being flood as one of our sprinkle system pipe had cracked. I called ProLawn Services and the gentlemen was very professional and gave me an honest time line of when they could have someone here. I was expecting to have to wait a day do to the short notice, but they where able to get someone here within a couple of hours of my original call. The gentleman that arrived was very quick and knowledgeable about the problem and it was fixed within 45 minutes. A little while later I received another call from ProLawn services to verify that we where happy with the work and to make sure we didn't need anything else. It's quite refreshing to find a company to takes customer service to this level and I would recommend ProLawn services, they do it right.

I had a line split on my inground system and blow a huge hole out in my yard. I travel full-time for work so I’m not home very often but I called Pro Lawn Services and even though they were booked solid they were still able to squeeze me in in between their regular appointments and take care of me within 24 hours of my phone call. The gentleman who came out to do the repair even filled the hole and fixed my front lawn up where water had blown out mulch so it looked perfect, which I think is above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful and impressed with their fast and friendly professional service!!! 10/10 would wholeheartedly recommend! Before and after pictures included.
